Lucie Swaffield Psychology

Looking for therapy isn't easy. As far as we have come with the options for help out there, it can feel very hard to start or try again. It might be easier to keep doing what I'm doing. After all, that works to a degree and life is busy.

I believe in the power of therapy and trying to find your therapist. That belief started with the science of psychology I studied at UNSW and being helped by therapy myself. Over the last decade, my practice has evolved into a tested method that works. At the centre is the highest regard for the people in my care and their choices, while maintaining a practical approach.

My qualifications are here. The overall goal of therapy is to get results. Building a real working relationship and laughing together are usually outcomes too!
